Get ready for CASC SPRING 2018!

The CASC Spring 2018 meeting is coming!  Please join us for 3 days of news, networking and business with colleagues old and new, March 14, 15 & 16 2018.  We will begin on Wednesday morning at 9:00 am (working groups until noon), with the official meeting starting at noon, and conclude our meeting at noon on Friday.

Group Networking Outing

Wednesday March 14 we will spend the evening at Gadsby's Tavern and Museum.  Gadsby's in Old Town Alexandria, is "The most historic restaurant in the United States," providing fine dining since 1770.  We will have a light reception in the courtyard with self-guided tours of the Museum, followed by dinner in the tavern.

Gadsby's tavern is an easy 1.5 mile walk from the Westin Alexandria.  We will also provide shuttles for a quick 7 minute ride.  

The reception will begin at 6:15, the dinner seating will begin at 7:00. 



Is there a charge to attend?
Probably not.  Two attendees from each member institution are included with annual dues.  If more than two would like to attend, we require a $175 fee per person over two to cover meeting costs.  Please contact Lisa Arafune at lisa.arafune(at) to make arrangements for payment.

What is the dress code?
From computing casual (your favorite techie polo and khakis) to business casual.

What can/can't I bring to the meeting?
Yes, please bring your laptop to the meeting.  We will have lots of extension cords for power.  Yes, the hotel is including free wi-fi with our meeting and your room.

What is the refund/cancellation policy?
Please use your email link to cancel your registration.  BUT before you cancel your room reservation, please let Lisa know in case another attendee needs to use your reservation.
